About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sneaker Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, surrounded by a passionate team of sneaker enthusiasts. Your primary focus will be on selling premium products, including sneakers and streetwear, to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Sell premium products, including sneakers and streetwear, to customers
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping and visual merchandising
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
