About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant in our Toowoomba store. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our sneaker department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process and manage large volumes of stock, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Assist with click and dispatch orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and cleaning.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
Requirements
  • Full availability during peak trading periods, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a fashion or footwear environment.
  • A strong passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
