Role OverviewWe are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working with premium products, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in-store
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process large volumes of stock and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Assist with maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times to provide an unforgettable shopping experience for customers
- Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
