About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic flag football coach to lead our recreational group of teenage students.

The successful candidate will have the ability to teach fundamental skills, rules, and tactics, as well as facilitate activities and modified games in a fun and engaging manner.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sports and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach flag football skills and techniques to teenage students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
  • Facilitate team building activities and promote a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Availability during school term
  • Community Coaching General Principles certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Driver's Licence
  • Certification in coaching, such as Level 1 or 2
