Electrical Apprenticeship Opportunity

This apprenticeship offers a chance to become a skilled tradesman in the electrical field, working with a dedicated team and gaining valuable experience in residential installation and maintenance of electrical equipment.

The successful applicant will be employed by a leading employer of apprentices and trainees, with access to ongoing mentoring and employment support.

Upon completion, you will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Electrotechnology (UEE30820).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake a range of duties including residential installation and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment, caballing and wiring, and diagnosing & repairing electrical malfunctions.
Requirements:
  • Motivation and a genuine interest in the industry.
  • High level communication, customer service and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and follow complex instructions.
  • A positive attitude and self-motivation to learn on-the-job, as an apprentice.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with hand tools.
  • Current drivers license and reliable transport to get to and from work.
  • White Card and Working with Vulnerable People (or ability to gain one).
  • Knowledge of safe working practices and WHS requirements.
