Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering to ensure our gardens and outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas to maintain a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to create a welcoming and inviting environment.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

About You:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
