About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering to ensure our gardens and outdoor spaces are well-maintained.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to create a beautiful and inviting environment.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment to ensure efficient and effective work.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.

About You
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • White Card
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
