Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced marketing leader to join our executive leadership team as the Head of Marketing and Communications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sound marketing plan to drive customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer activation. You will oversee the development of brand collateral, internal and external communications, and marketing strategies. You will also liaise with external marketing agencies and the media to promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth

  • Manage junior marketing staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Experience with a range of marketing platforms and tools
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in a regulated environment (e.g. gaming, financial services)
  • Ability to promote an experience, rather than a product
  • Ability to understand a new industry and its target audience quickly
  • Ability to oversee and create content that will appeal to our target audience
  • Be technology-savvy and have a passion for startups and fintech
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attitude
  • Experience with cryptocurrency is a must
  • Highly professional and self-driven
