We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our team at Hollard Insurance. As a key member of our Risk and Resilience team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our Business Continuity Management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead the implementation of CPS230 requirements, driving business continuity and resilience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, manage, and rectify technology-related breaches, incidents, and issues.
- Prepare and present reports and papers for internal and external committees and forums.
- Design and implement comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Facilitate workshops to complete Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Risk Assessments.
- Develop and maintain internal and external communication and collateral.
- Design training programs to raise awareness of business continuity management.
- Ensure the Crisis Management team is prepared to manage through severe business disruptions.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in Business Continuity management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Technical knowledge of technology platforms and practices, including Cloud, databases, and applications.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the Australian financial services industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or Law, desirable.
