Job Description

Sales Training Manager/Field Team Leader - We are seeking a National Sales Trainer to develop and execute training programs that enhance product knowledge, sales performance, and customer experience across Australia.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop customized training content for internal teams, retailers, and partners to align with business goals and brand messaging.
  • Organize and deliver in-person workshops, online modules, and hands-on demonstrations to improve sales team performance.
  • Conduct regular store visits to strengthen retailer relationships, assess training needs, and provide coaching.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training strategies with business objectives and market trends.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in training and knowledge sharing, with the ability to design engaging learning sessions.
  • Skilled in copywriting and content creation across multiple formats.
  • Basic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • Solid project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives.
  • Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
