About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Service Assistant to join our team at Bupa Mosman. As a key member of our hospitality function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our team members.

About You

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about providing high-quality support services. You will have previous experience in catering, food service, or cleaning, although this is not essential. You will be a flexible and adaptable individual who is able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays. You will also have a strong understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards
• Complete required documentation and reporting
• Respond to residents' queries and requests
• Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sort linen, hang, fold, wrap or iron linen
• Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food prep, provide meals and snacks, clear dining areas and dishwashing
• Cleaning duties include general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in the residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
