Requirements:
  • Qualifications in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with empathetic communication at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Proficiency in online systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with procurement/finance policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with incident logging systems like ServiceNow is advantageous.
