Your Role

We are expanding our team and want to welcome an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to best practice. Bring your expertise, maturity, and strong organisational skills to excel in this role.

Your Responsibilities

Manage a caseload and deliver timely, quality therapeutic services.

Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments.

Interpret findings to create personalised treatment goals for each participant.

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.

Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.

Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Empower others and contribute to a flexible, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current general registration with the relevant health profession authority as an Occupational Therapist.

Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively manage a varied caseload.

A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.

A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the disability sector.
