Business Development Manager Opportunity

Ausreo Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Trade Service Centre Team - Western region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share within the building and construction industry.

Your primary focus will be on:

  1. Maximising sales opportunities through effective liaison with tier customers.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Developing and implementing pricing strategies and quotations.
  4. Promoting value-added products and services to clients.
  5. Collaborating with the Sales team and Service Centres to identify potential customers and negotiate supply agreements.
  6. Ensuring high-quality delivery of products and services.
  7. Coordinating customer orders and deliveries with Schedulers, Services Centres, Production, and Despatch.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Commercial knowledge of products and services within the Construction and Building Industry.
  2. A proven track record in field sales and achievements.
  3. Excellent customer-oriented skills and ability to liaise with internal staff and customers professionally.
  4. High-level negotiation skills.
  5. An existing network of contacts and ability to develop long-term business relationships.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to research and target appropriate market segments.
