Project Manager Job Description

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of large-scale projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of projects.

The Opportunity:

  • Create detailed project plans to guide project execution, manage risks, and optimize designs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring contract compliance and driving quality outcomes.
  • Track budgets, costs, and schedules while maintaining accurate invoicing records.
  • Complete timely reviews, secure certificates, and archive project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements for enhanced project outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Underground mining background with experience in longwall operations.
  • PMP accreditation and a degree/diploma in engineering or construction management.
  • At least five years of experience managing projects exceeding $2M in value.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint.
  • Strong leadership, financial, and problem-solving skills.
