About the Role:
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement in maintenance systems, ensuring they are efficient, transparent, and deliver required results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) of employees and visitors, demonstrating appropriate Safety Leadership behaviors.
- Manage the overall Maintenance budget, including planning and execution.
- Drive cost reduction programs within the business, ensuring the lowest costs are achieved.
- Ensure budget and cost control.
- Maintain internal and external customer relationships by assisting in resolving issues as they arise and managing vendors.
- Develop daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
- Manage Production Personnel.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to teams to ensure resources and skills are available to achieve desired budgeted results.
- Actively manage and review the performance of direct reports, including developing and reviewing KPIs to ensure they are appropriate and accurately measure business progress.
- Provide technical training and development opportunities for the team.
- Ensure sites are compliant with Visy Group and local requirements.
- Implement site standardization.
Requirements:
