Vascular Surgery Trainee Position - Unaccredited Role Opportunity in Blacktown Hospital

We have a challenging opportunity available for a skilled medical professional to join our team as an unaccredited Vascular Surgery Registrar. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing vascular surgical services, patient care, teaching and research. This is a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality vascular surgical services to patients
  • Contribute to patient care, undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching and research
  • Maintain quality of all aspects of service delivery and efficient use of resources within Western Sydney Local Health District
  • Participate on the on-call vascular surgery roster after hours

Requirements:

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Evidence of continuing medical education and self-monitoring/audit practices that support credentialing
  • Sound clinical knowledge in vascular surgery demonstrated through successful practice in an appropriate environment
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
