Program and Experience Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support regional functions like Rostering and Allocations, Workforce planning, HR, risk, and IT, ensuring efficiency and collaboration on ground with both customers and staff.

About the Role

We seek a dynamic and experienced Program and Experience Lead to facilitate positive and productive relationships between our head office teams and our frontline employees. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage and plan work autonomously and exercise judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead frontline teams, ensuring clear communication and shared goals.
  • Identify skill gaps for capability uplift programs.
  • Align rosters with operational demands, preventing conflicts.
  • Address staffing challenges to meet business needs.
  • Mentor teams, ensuring policy compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, human services, or a related field. They will also have experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing operational alignment between corporate and service functions.
