The Opportunity
As an Undergraduate Accountant, you will be mentored by experienced Partners to help you grow as a professional and kick-start your career as an Accountant. The 2026 Undergraduate Program Will Include The Following

• Starting in a group of your peers with a dedicated training day in your first week

This position allows you to work close to home while remaining connected to the Kelly+Partners community throughout Australia.

About You

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting degree or related discipline
• Willing to work part-time (3 days minimum) or full-time throughout your studies
• Intending to pursue a Chartered Accountant qualification after graduation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
• Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
• Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
• Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
• Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
• Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
