  • About the Opportunity
  • We are seeking a Consultant to join our team and support the delivery of Facilities and Asset Management consulting commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake visual assessments of properties to assist with asset register data collection, analysis, and guidance.
  • Provide informed FM strategic advisory and Asset Management advisory across multiple asset classes such as student accommodation, mining, commercial etc.
  • Advisory surrounding asset lifecycle replacement, disposal and future forecasting.
  • Complement senior consultants on site with asset data information gathering and analysis
  • Aid in lifecycle capital replacement modelling

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in engineering, commerce, surveying, or existing FM knowledge beneficial.
  • A willingness to travel and sight-see Australia.
