Reporting Analyst - People Data Insights

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities across various HR functions. This 6-month contract position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in People Analytics, HR Analysis, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a suite of regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards utilizing our HRIS (Workday preferred) and other data sources.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to our workforce. Translate these insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven support for key people programs and projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by proactively auditing, cleansing, and validating people data across all systems and reports.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, improving efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through presentations, written summaries, and visualizations.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in a People Analytics, HR Reporting, or similar data-focused HR role.
  • Proven expertise in Workday reporting and analytics (creating custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
