Job Title: Field Delivery Telecommunications Trainee

We are seeking energetic and empowered individuals to join our team as a trainee field technician. This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in one of Australia's fastest growing industries.

As a trainee field technician, you will work alongside a mentor offering on-going coaching, support and mentoring during your traineeship. You will get hands-on training providing customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications / technology products and services in homes and/or business.

You will actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver the optimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned to our values and strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a current driver's licence, be physically fit for the role, and possess the ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening. They will also have professional and polite communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment, and have a positive attitude and safety-first approach.

We have several positions available around the country, and the expectation is to reside in the targeted area or be willing to relocate. Our comprehensive traineeship program will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:

  • A 1 Year Full-time paid traineeship
  • Followed by full-time fixed term employment for 1 year
  • Opportunity for a permanent contract thereafter
