Telecommunications Field Manager – Leadership Growth Opportunity

Location: Brisbane ( Immediate Start)

NX Solutions is a growing business delivering large-scale fibre and wireless network infrastructure projects across Queensland. With multiple major projects on the horizon, we're looking for an experienced Telecommunications All-Rounder who is ready to step up into a leadership role while still enjoying some hands-on work in the field.

The Role

This is a diverse position for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. You'll work across multiple areas of telecommunications delivery, including:

  • Fibre optic splicing and testing
  • Copper and wireless network works
  • Pit & pipe / civil build support
  • Field leadership, mentoring, and supervision of teams

As we continue to scale, this role is designed for someone who is looking to take the next step into leadership while still keeping their hands on the tools when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong telecommunications background (fibre, copper, civil, or wireless experience)
  • Hands-on skills in splicing, testing, or installation
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate small teams
  • A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to safety
  • Current licences/tickets (White Card, First Aid, Open Cablers Licence, NBN accreditations desirable)
