Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our project team in Perth. The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and other team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and other team members
- Oversee general office management issues
- Arrange and coordinate calendar appointments and meetings
- Format reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Minute meetings and distribute minutes in a timely manner
- Coordinate and process invoices
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as directed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a personal secretary or executive assistant role at a senior level
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Adept at building and managing relationships with various stakeholders
