We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our project team in Perth. The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and other team members.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and other team members
  • Oversee general office management issues
  • Arrange and coordinate calendar appointments and meetings
  • Format reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Minute meetings and distribute minutes in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and process invoices
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as directed

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a personal secretary or executive assistant role at a senior level
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Adept at building and managing relationships with various stakeholders
