CUPRA Brighton is a brand new dealership located on one of Melbourne's most prominent corners, offering a world of opportunities to sell amazing vehicles.

We are a family owned and operated business within the Bayside European Automotive Group, with 4 other brands spanning from Elsternwick to Cheltenham & Frankston.

We are seeking a dynamic New and Used Sales Consultant to join our team.

Experience in sales with a successful sales record is essential.

This is not a traditional suit and tie environment. Immaculate personal presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as having an appreciation of the importance of building client relationships are a must. We want you to fall in love with our product and focus on delivering an amazing customer experience from the day our clients walk through the door and every time thereafter.

We are process driven and empower our staff to achieve more through ownership of their work and clients.

We offer boutique facilities, location, comprehensive training and support together with an exciting product range that is setting a new standard in its segments.

Lucrative financial opportunities exist based on achieving monthly set targets and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
