**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Imaging Service Coordinator to join our team. As an Imaging Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging services.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage appointments and bookings for our diagnostic imaging services, including scheduling procedures and coordinating with medical teams.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and record-keeping, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict standards of professionalism.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and effective communication.
- Conduct billing and invoicing processes, liaising with referring doctors and external parties as required.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion. You will be knowledgeable in MS Office and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to prioritize your workload, multitask, and work autonomously as part of a cohesive team.
