About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional IT services to our customers. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of service management principles, and the ability to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality and efficient support to our customers.
  • Accountable for the delivery of all requests lodged through our Service Management Ticket system.
  • Oversee the support, lifecycle management, and future directions of our Audio Visual and Venue Technology capabilities.
  • Closely manage a diverse team, encouraging high standards, productivity, and cohesion.
  • Demonstrate service management and service desk systems experience.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and minimum of five years' experience working within an IT service delivery environment in a university or large organisation with a high volume of work.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
