Key Worker in Early Childhood Intervention

EACH Victoria is seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists.
About the Role- This full-time or part-time position offers flexible working options, including hybrid arrangements with remote work opportunities from home, our Campbelltown/Camden office, and within the community.
- No billable hours are required for this role.
As a Key Worker in Early Childhood Intervention, you will deliver supports in partnership with families to help them achieve their goals using evidence-informed best practices.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver tailored support options that fit each child and family using assessments, observations, and your understanding of child development.
- Empower families, caregivers, and professionals by building skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives.
- Connect children and families with their community to ensure they are included and can participate in the settings and activities they choose.
- Keep thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals in the NDIA business system.
- Guide families through the application, implementation, and funding processes of NDIS plans.

- A tertiary qualification in Allied Health.
- Expert knowledge in child development and the ability to identify developmental issues.
- A proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities, including implementing effective strategies for families to practice at home and other settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
