As a Product Manager, you will work closely with design and marketing teams to develop products from concept to delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project plans and tracking progress to achieve key milestones.
  • Collaborating with the design team to develop new products according to the development calendar; facilitating design meetings, communicating action plans, reporting status to senior management, and identifying risks and providing solutions to problems.
  • Partnering with studio managers, marketing, and design leaders to ensure key milestones are met.
  • Recommending methods to reduce development lead time and troubleshooting off-track projects.
  • Communicating changes and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining management reports and ensuring data integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Product experience in one or more of the following industries: toys, fashion, consumer goods/FMCG, video games.
  • A working knowledge of the product development process.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Project.
  • Clear analytical thinking and the ability to get to the heart of problems and issues.
  • The ability to adapt and respond to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience working with key stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant field.
