About this role
">This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences, projects, and resources across both accredited and non-accredited programs.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Providing strategic guidance on blended and online learning pedagogy (andragogy), as well as complex instructional design and development processes.
- Coordinating the planning and scheduling of online learning projects in alignment with organisational priorities, utilising a robust learning design framework.
- Collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to assess needs, and to design, develop, and deliver tailored learning solutions that address the requirements of diverse student cohorts.
- Leading the evaluation and continuous improvement of learning methodologies and resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality blended and online education.
- Overseeing the implementation of learning materials and programs that adhere to quality assurance and compliance standards, in accordance with relevant legislative requirements.
Requirements include:
">- A valid Working With Children Check.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Ability to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
