Your Key Focus Areas

• Strategic Capability Frameworks: Design and roll out learning roadmaps aligned to strategic goals and workforce needs.
• Blended Program Delivery: Deliver impactful learning through e-learning, coaching, workshops, and real-time application.
• Leadership Enablement: Support leadership growth through mentoring programs, succession planning, and leadership capability initiatives.
• Training Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end learning process—from training needs analysis through to measuring outcomes.
• Technology-Enabled Learning: Oversee and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver scalable and accessible learning solutions.
• Insights & Reporting: Use data to track capability progress, measure ROI, and recommend improvements to executive leadership.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in learning & capability, organisational development, or workforce planning
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
• Experience using LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Project management capability and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results
• Qualifications in HR, Training, Education, or a related field (highly regarded)
