Job Title: Learning Designer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and innovative Learning Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Learning Academy, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences that upskill our workforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver learning solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Drive engagement through modern, digital learning that delivers real results.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in learning or instructional design roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill in key authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate / CC suite, or Chameleon Creator.
  • Instructional design experience with a demonstrated ability to create original, high-impact learning solutions.
