The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Officer to join our Emergency Department team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide a warm and welcoming greeting, ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families. Your role will involve registering, admitting, transferring, and discharging patients, as well as providing administrative support to medical and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Register, admit, transfer, and discharge patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Support medical and nursing staff with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
