
Care Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Scheduler to manage client enquiries, build relationships and coordinate staff and client rostering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-home care and support services.
- Client Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to client and family inquiries, providing information with empathy and ensuring every interaction is positive and supportive.
- Relationship Development: Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, their families and our care team. Build trust and confidence in our services by fostering a client-focused, person-centred approach.
- Rostering Management: Efficiently oversee staff and client scheduling to ensure optimal care delivery. Adapt and respond to changing needs, balancing staff availability with clients' care requirements to maintain high-quality standards and continuity of care.
Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this role, as well as experience in managing complex schedules and workloads. A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential. We offer opportunities for personal and professional development in a rewarding role.
