
Compassionate Mental Health Care Professionals Wanted

Role Overview
This role involves providing person-centered, evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health challenges. You will work closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to each individual's needs.
You will work in therapeutic relationships and offer support during times of emotional distress and crisis. Additionally, you will guide and mentor less experienced clinicians.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with mental health needs.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Support patients during times of emotional distress and crisis, providing empathetic and professional care.
- Guide and mentor less experienced clinicians, promoting their growth and development.
- Engage in therapeutic relationships and participate in team-based care planning.
- A current AHPRA Registration is required for this position.
- A Working With Children Check (WWCC) is also mandatory.
- A current NSW Driver's Licence is necessary for the role.
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role must be met.
