As a dedicated mental health nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health challenges.
You will work closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to each individual's needs.
The mental health nurse will foster therapeutic relationships and offer support during times of emotional distress and crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered, evidence-based mental health care to individuals facing mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships; provide support during times of emotional distress and crisis.
- Guide and mentor less experienced clinicians.
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
