Job Opportunity

Deliver award-winning care with compassion, respect, integrity and dignity in our residential aged care centre.

As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred care to residents while maintaining their privacy and dignity. Your responsibilities will include managing medication, implementing continence programs, recognising and responding to changes in health and well-being, and assisting with daily living activities.

You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment that values excellence in care and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required, along with current First Aid Certification.
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy are essential.
  • You must have an understanding of WHS and infection control principles, as well as experience with documentation.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and ability to work in a team environment are also necessary.
