  • They will foster a learning environment through clinical presentations, maintain professional learning and continuous professional development, and provide supervision and teaching to peers, ENs, graduates, and students.
  • Act as a valued member of the inter-disciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care by actively contributing to team processes and practices.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure patients receive high-quality care across the healthcare continuum.
  • Maintain professional relationships with VMO partners using a customer service mindset to enable high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration and minimum 3-5 years' experience in ED with strong clinical experience and knowledge in resuscitation, triage, and team leader roles. They will also hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing or be working towards it, with an understanding of Australian National Commission in Quality and Safety Ten National Standards.
