Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administration and customer service support to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Managing cases within CRM systems to achieve recommended close-out times and effective resolution for customers.
  • Communicating order status to suppliers and customers when required.
  • Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to their satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Previous experience in fast-paced admin and customer service environments.
  • Experience using SAP databases.
  • Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
  • Advanced attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and build strong relationships with customers.
