About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our seating range. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to our customers and the market.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth across our seating line, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, conducting market research and customer analysis, and leading go-to-market planning for new product launches and re-launches of existing products.

You will also create engaging product updates and marketing collateral to support sales, manage product lifecycle communications with internal and external stakeholders, deliver training sessions to boost product knowledge and market adoption, and monitor performance, market trends and feedback to continuously improve offerings.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth across our seating line
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to inform shape positioning and pricing.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and re-launches of existing products, driving brand awareness and sales enablement

Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in product management or marketing
