Job Summary

This role is a key specialist position that plays a central part in our operational processes. As an expert in funds management, you will work closely with various teams and external partners to ensure seamless and secure transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process daily financial transactions, including payments, contributions, fees, and pension payments.
  • Manage asset transfers, liaising with custodians, counterparties, and third parties to ensure smooth completion.
  • Onboard new client accounts via applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation.
  • Monitor and resolve issues within the ticketing system, adhering to agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve transactional issues, breaks, and payment discrepancies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ideas and participating in testing for new systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in business or related field (desired) or relevant certification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in funds management, platforms, or custody environments.
  • Understanding of custody and superannuation operations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • High attention to detail, excellent organisational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and cooperative approach.
