  • Experience leading assurance, audit, or risk management teams within a Technology environment.
  • Success in innovating assurance approaches, leveraging advanced tools and techniques such as AI and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence strategic decisions and align on complex control issues.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, inspiring and developing a globally distributed team while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Track record of collaborating across diverse teams and functions to scale assurance activities and embed control improvements.
  • A strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to challenge conventional methods and drive innovative solutions.
