We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team.

The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing complex health and safety advice and support to our stakeholders. You will coordinate projects for the continuous improvement of our WHS Management System, drawing upon your analytical skills and professional approach.
Key duties include:
- Positively influencing and driving forward the agenda for beneficial health and safety change in the workplace;
- Designing and conducting HSW audits and inspections to assess compliance to key requirements of the safety management framework and risk management systems;
- Undertaking analysis, reporting and making recommendations against key Health, Safety and Rehabilitation deliverables.
This role is predominantly based in Brisbane, however, some travel will be required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety or related discipline, or relevant equivalent work experience;
- Related industry knowledge of contemporary issues;
- Minimum five years' experience in a WHS role with broad range of competence in advising an organisation on the common hazards and risks in our industries;
- Demonstrated experience in Work, Health and Safety Systems administration and legislative requirements;
- National Police Certificate or the ability to acquire.
