Job Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental centre.

About the Position:
  • The key responsibilities include managing patient appointments, maintaining a clean reception area, and responding to inquiries from patients and staff.

  • You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, support the Practice Manager and the Dentist in Charge, and play an integral role in the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and prompt manner.

  • Maximise patient appointments and ensure efficient use of schedule time.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as creating, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments.

  • Maintain accurate records and process payments efficiently.

  • Assist emergency patients and liaise with other dental centres regarding patient files and records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and personal appearance.

  • Competence in appointment booking and account systems.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
