Property Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to oversee all aspects of property and grounds maintenance, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Coordination: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing maintenance team, fostering strong collaboration across all service areas.
  • Property & Grounds Maintenance: Coordinate and carry out preventative and responsive maintenance activities, keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and visually appealing, apply best-practice horticultural techniques to maintain and enhance landscaping.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and compliance standards, prepare reports and contribute to maintenance and grounds planning.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Deliver friendly, professional service to residents, families, staff, and contractors, show empathy and respect in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • A trade qualification or extensive hands-on experience in property maintenance and/or grounds services.
  • Confidence in using power tools, gardening equipment, and motorised small plant.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
