We are seeking experienced leaders to fill aged care facility management positions across rural and remote Australia.

As a seasoned Aged Care Facility Manager, you will provide expert leadership and guidance in facilities where your skills are most needed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of the operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities in accordance with organisational policy and government regulations.
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, ACFI, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Maintenance of accurate records, reports, and clinical documentation aligned with current legislation and internal procedures.
  • Supporting and mentoring staff to promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in care.
  • Effective management of facility budgets, resources, and occupancy levels.
  • Engagement with residents, families, staff, and the wider community with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience in aged care management, including recent (within the last 12 months) experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ACFI, aged care funding models, Quality Standards, and accreditation processes.
  • Current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, or willingness to obtain prior to placement.
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration is highly desirable but not essential.
