About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate across functional teams and ensure accountability to detailed project plans and timelines. You will prioritize the team's digital management of key technical project team activities and decisions, regularly reviewing progress, timelines, and accountability using project management tools and other related resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for customer projects, managing changes of scope by contracting changes to the project as needed.
  • Coordinate customer visit planning and overall presentation of the site to current customers as needed.
  • Responsible for internal communications / discussions to drive achievement of project deliverables in accordance with business needs.
  • Track technical project timelines and results to enable successful transfer of process engineering and process validation projects.
  • Work efficiently with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of product to customer.
  • Build and modify project management digital tools to improve project tracking and metrics.
  • Ensure all customer invoices are created and sent in accordance with the contract and Patheon procedures.
  • Accurately report financial progress on customer projects to leadership.

Requirements

This position requires 2 to 5 years of related experience in Project Management or a Bachelor of Science in a relevant subject area.
