Job Title: Childcare Program Manager

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Program Manager to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program. This is a full-time, fixed-term role that will provide a unique opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC program, including staffing, administration, and financial management tasks.

- Oversee the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and educational program that meets the needs of children and families.

- Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children.

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

- Promote the OSHC program within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission, and values of Catholic Early EdCare.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent qualification as per ACECQA guidelines.

- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.

- Strong understanding of Child Care legislation, including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place.

- Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software.

- Proven leadership and team development skills.
