Job Description

This is a Graduate Structural Engineer position that involves working on complex multi-discipline projects across various building structures. As part of the Building Design team, you will have access to an integrated range of projects and be able to work with a technically strong team spread along the East Coast.

The role entails focusing on structural engineering aspects of building design, including train stations and precincts as well as electrical, mechanical, fire services, hydraulics, and façade components of building structures.

You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital tools and innovative approaches, as well as develop key relationships with peers, clients, and stakeholders through partnerships with subject matter experts within this team's Technical Director cohort.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, or digital innovation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and a growth mindset are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills are also required, with confidence in presenting and engaging with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
