Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Environment
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Maintain accurate training records and identify areas for environmental improvement.
    • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution
    • Develop and update maintenance plans based on criticality reviews and changes.
    • Collaborate with teams to improve maintenance practices and align with procedures, audit results, and industry standards.
    • Create detailed schedules for maintenance work orders.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and record findings.
  • Auditing and Compliance
    • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and data for auditors.
    • Closure of assigned findings from audits.
  • Contractor Management
    • Review and develop maintenance procedures, SWMS, and RA submitted by Contractors.
    • Coordinate with Contractors and Suppliers to plan and execute corrective and preventive work orders.
    • Ensure safety and quality control for maintenance/repair works.
  • Project Management
    • Plan and execute assigned projects as directed by the Department Manager.
    • Develop scope of work/project request forms for the Projects team.
    • Design and execute projects to minimize personal or process safety incidents.
  • Record Keeping and Administration
    • Log repair/maintenance records into ME2 system.
    • Record contractor timesheets, spares used, and equipment certificates.
    • Keep maintenance data available and up-to-date.
